ACCREDITATION 12 EACCME credits have been granted for the EASAPS Annual meeting. SCIENTIFIC EXHIBITION A scientific exhibition will be present during the days of the SICPRE congress and all day on the 30th September for the EASAPS congress. No Scientific exhibition will be present on Saturday 1st October. SOCIAL DINNER We will be organizing a social dinner on Friday 30th September. Pre-registration is requested for the dinner. We cannot guarantee last minute dinner bookings so please register well ahead for you and your spouse. SCIENTIFIC PRESENTATIONS All the rooms will have a video projector and a computer already installed, however we will not allow presentations on personal computers. If you have any special technical requests, please contact the Organizing Secreteriat at sicpre2011@cq-travel.com SLIDE CENTRE We will have one slide centre where the slides for presentations will be downloaded for all of the meeting rooms. The slide center will be situated across from the Plenary room “Washington”. The times of opening will be from 07.30 onwards . Please bring your power point file loaded on a pen drive or CD to be down loaded onto the conference computer. |
