Hotel booking
We have booked rooms at the congress hotel - Milan Marriott Hotel, with a special rate for delegates. The rates are per room per night and include taxes and breakfast. The deadline for booking the hotel with the special rate is 31st July 2011.
You can book the hotel on line using the link that you can find on this page. For any questions please contact BBV ITALIA (+39 010 3514044) or by e-mail e-mail (sicpre2011@bbvitalia.com). We do not accept bookings over the phone. To confirm your booking, you must pay the first nights accommodation and the booking fee of €20,00 (VAT included) for each room. The final amount for your accommodation will be paid directly to the hotel when you check in. The invoice for the total number of nights (including the deposit) will be made directly by the hotel, whereas the invoice for the booking fee will be made by BBV Italia. You will be sent a confirmation message from BBV Italia once your payment has gone through. If you wish to stay for a longer period (before or after the dates of the conference) please contact BBV Italia in good time. ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY WE only accept cancellations or changes that are in writing, by fax or e-mail directly to BBV Italia at sicpre2011@bbvitalia.com • Cancellations before 20/07/2011, 100% refund • Cancellations after 21/07/2011, no refund. • In the case of a no-show, the room deposit will not be refunded.
